            A funky, hip, artistic, and gentrifying neighborhood that can be described as slightly Bohemian. Maybe that is because before 1891 it wasn’t even considered part of Seattle! This fun neighborhood is buzzing with things to do and great people to meet. If not moving here you should most definitely make sure to visit it. Fremont is also home to one of the main nightlife destinations in Seattle with an array of pubs, bars, and dance clubs.

Activities to Try: 

  • Gasworks Park: Located on Lake Union this is one of the most unique parks in Seattle with old gas producing structures still standing.

  • The Troll: Located under the Aurora Bridge, this giant sized troll was featured in 10 Things I Hate About You.

  • Outdoor Movie Theatre: Open only in the summer these movies are free and a great way to spend a low key evening in the fresh NW air.
